1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create a mentor account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth, never in plain text).

Billing information. When you subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, collects and stores your payment card details. Mentura does not store your full card number; we retain only billing metadata such as subscription status and billing dates.

Usage information. We may collect information about how you use the Service, such as login times and feature usage, to improve the product.

Communications. If you contact us through the support form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, and message) to respond to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process subscription payments and manage billing
  • Send transactional emails (welcome messages, payment notifications, password resets, billing reminders)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers to operate Mentura:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — application hosting

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies as well.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain billing records as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us (see Section 8).

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of credentials and secure transmission of data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
