Terms of Service

1. Who Can Use Mentura

You must be at least 18 years old to create a mentor account on Mentura. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Mentor Accounts and Subscriptions

Mentura provides a subscription-based platform for mentors. Mentor subscriptions are billed at $110/month following a 7-day free trial, unless cancelled before the trial ends.

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and provide a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before your space is locked. We are not responsible for service interruption caused by failed payments on your end.
• Prices are subject to change with notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or credentials as a mentor.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other user, including mentees.
• Attempt to circumvent billing, access controls, or security measures.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content and Conduct

Mentors are solely responsible for the content, advice, and guidance they provide through the Service. Mentura does not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any mentor's content or advice. Mentura is a platform that facilitates mentorship connections; it is not a party to the mentorship relationship itself.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (including billing obligations already incurred) will survive.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mentura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
